What should I expect during my first visit?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that life happens. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can call us directly or send a message through the Patient Portal.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We currently accept Optum, Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, Sentara, and other major insurance providers. If you’re unsure whether your plan is accepted, we’ll gladly verify your coverage—just give us a call or contact us here.
